Use: Espresso Freddo: 1. In 60ml of hot water add 3.5g of coffee (2 tsp) & as much sugar as you want & mix. 2. Add 1-2 ice cubes & shake. gently (4-5 seconds) in a hand mixer. 3. Serve in your glass with 4-5 more ice cubes. Freddo Cappucino: Beat with the mixer 50ml of cold whole milk until it becomes frothy and add it on top of the espresso freddo.
