How Our Fulfillment Process Works

At Pegasus Fulfillment, we make sure your orders are processed and shipped efficiently, with every step designed to ensure quality and accuracy. Here’s how the process works from start to finish:

1. Receiving Your Inventory

• Customers bring their products to our store either in their original packaging or temporary packaging. This ensures that we can handle your goods securely, regardless of how they arrive.
• If the products are in temporary packaging, we will carefully inspect and organize the items to prepare them for fulfillment.

2. Confirmation of Products and Orders

• Upon receiving your inventory, we will confirm and verify the products and order details with you. This includes checking the quantities, ensuring there are no discrepancies, and confirming any special instructions you may have for packing or shipping.
• If needed, we will communicate with you to address any issues before proceeding with packing.

3. Product Information and Shipping Details

• After we confirm the received products, you will send us the names and delivery addresses of your customers to whom the orders will be shipped.
• Additionally, you will provide a brief description of each product being packed, so we can accurately label and prepare the shipping documentation.

4. Packaging and Preparation

• Our team at Pegasus Fulfillment will then prepare the correct packaging for each order. We use a range of materials, including:
  • Boxes, envelopes, and bubble wrap for safe, secure packaging.
  • Custom inserts or branding (if requested by you) to enhance the customer’s experience.
  • High-quality tapes to ensure your items are securely sealed.
• We will ensure that each item is packed according to its needs, keeping the product safe and ready for delivery.

5. Creating Shipping Labels and Customs Declarations

• Once all orders are packaged, we will create the necessary shipping labels for each order.
• If shipping internationally, we will also prepare customs declarations and any other required documents based on the destination country’s requirements.
• All necessary shipping information will be included to ensure smooth transit through postal services and customs, if applicable.

6. Daily Shipments to the Post Office

• Pegasus Fulfillment makes daily trips to the post office, ensuring all your packages are sent out without delay.
• This helps guarantee that orders are processed quickly, and you don't have to worry about missing any shipping deadlines.

7. Notification and Tracking Information

• After each order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with the following details:
  • The date the product was sent.
  • Tracking numbers for each shipment, allowing you to track the status of deliveries.
• You can pass these details on to your customers so they can easily monitor their orders as well
